Mweor Commission: Nine Icon (Anthro)

Commission for #1955 on Mweor of his/her character Nine, the male red panda. Similar to another icon/avatar that I drew earlier, but with him in anthro form this time. This was a lot of fun -- I was given the word "mysterious", and immediately I thought that a blue light in contrast to the warm light of the quad/feral tag would bring that serious look.
